You can apply for financing from Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” together with ITCE.

The opportunities for financing are provided by the European Social Fund of the European Union and the Bulgarian national budget within the programme’s period from 2007 until 2013 through the Operational Programme “Human Resources Development”. The programme offers gratuitous financing for qualification services, employee’s trainings. The full amount of money provided through the program is 1 213 869 575 euro. The scheme is managed by the National Employment Agency to the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy.

The aims of the programme are improvement of adapting skills of employees, encouragement of labor market flexibility and improvement of the labor conditions on the working place. Applicants to this programme can be educational institutions, training institutions/organizations, employers, as well as socioeconomic partners, such as syndicates and employers’ organizations

Final beneficiaries through the programme can be employees in micro, small, medium and large enterprises, individuals and unemployed people. One of the possible activities to the programme is the provision of information and communication technology trainings.
