Corporate Story:
The trust and mutual relationship with our clients, the confidence in the final results, and the transparent quality are the key words which describe the whole history of ITCE.

ITCE is a private company, founded in the beginning of 1998 by young and ambitious IT specialists. ITCE starts its business as a Microsoft Certified Technical Education Center (now a Microsoft Certified Partner for Learning Solutions) and a Microsoft Certified Solution Provider (now a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner). ITCE quickly obtained a leading position on the Bulgarian market for technical and business users’ trainings with its innovative approach.

For a very short time, ITCE boldly enters IT services market by offering a wide range of services from consulting and system integration to IT management and business functionalities corresponding to the needs of its clients.

Since 2005 ITCE is the only company in Bulgaria that covered Microsoft requirements and became Gold Certified Partner in eight competencies – Advanced Infrastructure Solutions, Data Management Solutions (Business Intelligence Specialization), Networking Infrastructure Solutions, Security Solutions, Learning Solutions, Information Worker Solutions, Microsoft Business Solutions, and Licensing Solutions.

In 2006 ITCE became the only BMC software partner in Bulgaria
and started to offer and implement its quality products.

In 2007 ITCE continued to deliver a variety of new courses, which made its clients more educated and more efficient. ITCE became Fox IT partner and started offer ITIL v.2 trainings. Just after the launch of the new books for ITIL v.3, ITCE began delivering trainings for the new version.

Due to the Partnership with Project Management Institute (PMI), ITCE gave its clients the opportunity to participate in high quality trainings for Project Management. Cisco courses were another new thing in the ITCE’s training catalogue.

In 2008 ITCE offered a variety of new courses and continue to improve its quality. The greatest accomplishment and prove for the expertise of ITCE’ consultants in Service Management for 2008 are 5 certificates for ITIL Manager.

2009

Since May, ITCE is an official accredited Center for Professional Education (CPE) to the National Agency for Professional Education and Training.  Due to its accreditation and long experience, ITCE offers European financing and trainings to organizations through the Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” and Operational Programme “Administrative Capacity”. Another focus of ITCE is IT project consulting through Operational Programme “Regional Development”.

In August ITCE became the first Bulgarian company that received accredited certificate ISO 20000 (certified by Lloyd’s Register (LRQA)). The project was executed with the support of theEuropean Regional Development Fund (ERDF), through Operational Programme “Development of the Bulgarian Economy Competitive Power” The scope of accredited certificate ISO 20000 is covering systems for IT service management, which supports the internal IT services and applications support

The certificate is for successful application of the full specter of ITIL processes and practices in ITCE and gives evidence for ITCE high quality work.

ITCE consults large companies how to organize their IT departments in the most optimized and stable  way, which corresponds directly to business priorities.
