During the half-day instructor-led sessions that we offer, you will be able to discuss real-life projects with our trainer and ask questions, which is something that pre-recorded ITIL videos on the internet can rarely deliver. This sessions have been designed to help you successfully pass your certification exam.

Training Delivery
The Accelerated ITIL 4 Foundation Training will be delivered in 3 half-day instructor-led sessions which will be held in the morning, and will be followed by self-paced preparation sessions in the afternoon. During the 4th day, the participants will have 1 hour Q&A morning session.
*Minimum number of participants to form a training group: 10 people.

Accelerated ITIL® 4 Managing Professional (MP) Transition
Become ITIL Managing Professional with the ITIL® 4 Managing Professional (MP) Transition. This course is designed for professionals who have already advanced in the ITIL v3 certification scheme and are looking to transition to ITIL 4. The course comprises an overview of the ITIL 4 Foundation course and the ITIL® 4 Managing Professional courses (see certification scheme) here.
The half-day sessions will cover the following topics:
- ITIL 4 Foundation
- Create, Deliver, and Support
- Drive Stakeholder Value
- High Velocity IT
- Direct, Plan, and Improve
To be eligible for this training, candidates must be at ITIL v3 Expert level OR have a minimum of 17 ITIL v3 credits. Learn more here.
Transition to ITIL 4
Bring up-to-date your ITIL knowledge and certification level with this transition module which will take you right to ITIL 4. You will be introduced to the key differences between ITIL v3 and ITIL 4 and you will get an overview of all ITIL 4 Core publications (the Managing Professional Modules).
