We are the market leader in IT & Management training in Bulgaria and currently, we are looking for a Training & Events enthusiast to join our team.
About the Role:
This is what we will be expecting from you as a HR & Compliance Specialist:
- Managing training schedules, participant registrations and training logistics
- Manage participant communications – sending invitations, confirmations, and follow-up emails
- Coordinate training logistics, including venue setup, materials preparation, catering, and technology support.
- Working with digital tools, including Learning Management System, Digital Boards, event management platforms and collaboration tools to deliver great student experiences.
- Fostering a strong connection with trainers, partners and participants to ensure smooth training delivery.
- Support the team with the necessary reporting, metrics, and insights to drive performance tracking
Requirements:
- Excellent command of Bulgarian and English.
- Strong motivation for continuous learning and development.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Effective time management and ability to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing situations/priorities.
- Quick learner to adapt to new technologies or platforms.
- Digital skills are essential for this role, as experience with any of the following is a big advantage:
- Office Productivity Tools – Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with Event Management Software and/or Learning Management Systems is a plus
- Basic Graphic Design and Marketing Skills – Ability to use tools like Canva or Adobe Spark to create promotional materials for events and training sessions. Understanding of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot for event communication is a plus.
