According to the Leading Learning Partner Association‘s (LLPA) survey, self-paced training and instructor-led training have significantly different certification success rates. Compared to over 50% in ILT, the data reveals that only around 2.5% of students in self-paced trainings obtained certification. This discrepancy in certification success rates is a clear sign that ILT is a more powerful learning model when it comes to getting certified.

The survey data from this study also indicates that self-paced training may require students to invest more hours in training to obtain certification compared to ILT if they are not successful on their first attempt.

Which one to Choose?

Blended learning, which combines the benefits of both ILT and self-paced training, offers an efficient approach.
