For over 20 years ITCE has been the pioneer of providing ITIL training in the region, coaching thousands of successful IT specialists in their continuous learning path. The steppingstone for many of those is ITIL® 4 Foundation. The years of experience of our ITIL® certified trainers had proven that the best approach to understanding the concepts discussed during the 3 days of ITIL® Foundation training is to extend the training course with one additional day to cover the process of putting those concepts to practice. This is why we developed our ITIL® 4 Foundation in Practice course – one of the most demanded trainings up until early 2020. The fourth day of the training was both practical exercise and time to discuss what the group has learned in preparation for their ITIL® 4 Foundation exam. However in early 2020 the whole world stopped for the moment and everything changed to being less in-person and more remote.
The Newly Adjusted ITIL® 4 Foundation in Practice
Adjusting to this new normal we are re-introducing ITIL® 4 Foundation in Practice. In this renewed 4-day course we are providing you – our trainees, with the additional day to put to practice and test their new skills in online practice. Aligned with the global trends you will be put in charge of digital transformation of a complex enterprise in the interactive business simulation – DTX-i Digital Transformation Simulation. You will have to guide your company through months of stabilizing operations, developing new solutions and changing the focus to more customer-oriented approach. All this while discussing and comparing your strategy with that of the other participants of your group. Before and after each round of the simulation the group will receive feedback and guidance for our trainers in order to consolidate your knowledge in the best practices implemented by ITIL® 4.
