ITCE is so pleased to announce that two our projects is part of the ServiceNow EMEA Customer Advocacy issue. There are only two case studies in whole Eastern Europe that are selected and covered in this book and both are projects that ITCE worked on – Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo and Raiffeisen Bank Bulgaria.

The solution that we work on together with both Raiffeisen Bank Bulgaria and Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo was IT Business Management including process design and implementation of:

  • Project Portfolio Management,
  • Business Application Catalogue.
