About the Role:

This is what we will be expecting from you as a Business Development Executive:

  • Understand the customer business needs in-depth, identify opportunities for collaboration, and close them. Add value everywhere in the process where possible; 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and current customers; 
  • Provide customers with consultative solution proposals, set-up meetings with prospects and customers to demonstrate new products and solutions; 
  • Align with the Marketing and Business Dev team through Agile practices and rituals to contribute to the marketing planning and to effectively carry out campaigns and account planning; 
  • Collaborate with our strategic partners based on individual specialization (for example: Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow, PeopleCert, Scaled Agile Network, etc.) and with our team of trainers to deliver meaningful solutions to our customers; 
  • Identify and create opportunities for any new B2B partnerships which can help us deliver more value;  
  • Work with data management sources (CRM) and metrics to plan, executive and evaluate growth performance; Maintain excellent preparation and discipline in planning and follow-up’s.  
  • Contribute with insights and ideas for new products, new segments, product improvements, and the overall business development strategy; 
  • Pursue continuous professional and personal development to ensure effective knowledge of ITCE training products. Be up-to-date with market, business and technology trends.  

Products & Territory

The sales role will encompass a portfolio which consists of digital & organizational transformation products and services among which:  

  • Training portfolio of management and IT themes such as Agile, ITIL, DevOps, ServiceNow, Microsoft and AWS Cloud Technologies, Project Management and Business Skills.  
  • Territory of focus includes whole Europe with special focus on Bulgaria and the region.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English;
  • Strong motivation for continuous learning and development;
  • Being comfortable with proactive outreach to customers, selling and consulting to provide effective solutions;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; Ablility to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing situations/priorities.  
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Management, Marketing or Social sciences;
  • Master’s degree or a record of trainings and certifications are a plus;
  • 3+ years of experience in the field of sales, ideally in selling solutions;
  • A proven track record of account management and sales achievements are a plus;
  • Previous sales experience within the IT or software industry is a plus;
