How can I book an exam? 

You can book your exam from our exam catalogue here. You need to log in your ITCE account and to choose your exam in order to see the available slots for this particular moment and to make your exam registration.

During the exam registration you will be able to choose whether you would like to receive an invoice and whether it is to be issued at the name of a company or physical person. 

After successful exam registration you will receive an automatic e-mail exam confirmation. Then we will send you a proforma invoice by e-mail in 24 hours. This period is for exam registrations made in business days. After exam payment you will also receive an automatic final e-mail confirmation for your booked exam.

How can I pay for my exam?

During the exam registration you will be able to make a choice whether you will pay by bank transfer or ITCE’s virtual POS terminal.

  • If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please use the number of the proforma invoice as a reason for the payment. The bank transfer should be made at least 1 business day before the chosen exam date.
  • If you choose to pay with a card through ITCE’s virtual POS terminal, please have in mind that you have to make the payment at least 1 workday before the exam starts if the exam vendor allows same day exam registration.

NB! We will not be able to deliver the exam if it is not paid in advance.

Can I use a voucher?  

Yes. If you have a discount voucher you can fill it in the designated line during the exam registration. We will verify your voucher. If it fully covers the exam, an invoice will not be issued. If the discount is partial, the remaining amount will be reflected in the proforma invoice that you will receive.

Can I reschedule or cancel the date and the time slot of the exam?  

If you are unable to take the exam at the booked date and slot, you can reschedule or cancel your exam slot latest 2 business days before the exam date.

By cancelling your exam slot, you will receive a full refund of the exam payment, only in case the exam has not already been booked by ITCE’s Testing Center and the minimum cancellation notice period has been observed. The refund will be transferred to the bank card, which you have used to book the exam, within 30 days from the cancellation date. The bank card details are being filled out on the Secure platform of the bank. In this way, customer’s bank card details are secured and not made available to ITCE.

When should I arrive at ITCE’s Testing Center on the exam date?

We ask every candidate to come at least 15 min. earlier on the exam date and to bring a valid personal document: ID card, passport or driving license.
