In this practical 2-day training you will:
- Understand what is meant by Service and Service Management and how they contribute to the creation of value in an organization
- Engage with the ITIL4 Guiding Principles and demonstrate how they support fundamental aspects of service management
- Describe and use the Four Dimensions of Service Management
- Recognise and use the Service Value System and Value Stream Mapping to enhance service delivery
- Understand the ITIL4 Value Chain
- Review key ITIL Practices and understand the changes in relation to ITIL V3
During day 2 of the course, you will have the opportunity to sit for the ITIL 4 Foundation Certification exam.

Who should attend?
Anyone who is ITIL v3 Foundation certified and wants to transition to ITIL 4 and get ITIL 4 Foundation certified.
Can the training be delivered in a closed group?
Yes, we can deliver ITIL 4 Foundation Bridge for a closed group of participants from the same organization. This is a particularly efficient way for organizations to transition from ITIL v3 to 4 as teams can get aligned to the new concepts and participate in valuable discussions specific to their organization, moderated by our trainer.
How should I continue my transition to ITIL 4?
The new ITIL certification path has been published and you can take a look at it here. There is also a FAQ’s guide published here on the Axelos website. The transition process is promised to be gradual and ITIL v3 certifications will remain valid.
