In this course, you will learn how the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) can help align with business and IT, control costs, improve IT service quality, balance resource allocations, and make IT a more enjoyable and stable place to work. Learn from experienced instructors who have led implementations and have the first-hand knowledge and experience to explain the benefits, pros, and cons of ITIL®. This course includes handouts and references useful after the class.

The course price is not per person, but for a group up to 15 people.
