Overview
This training aims to lay the foundations of effective process management practices based on the so-called Lean methods – eliminating process waste, increasing process speed and overall quality levels. Participants learn to identify process problems and build plans to reduce and eliminate negative effects.
The Lean Management Methods course focuses on introducing programs for improved organisational efficiency of daily operations and practices for continuous improvement.
Business Simulation
The training includes a business simulation which aims to provide an understanding on how Lean methods can be applied and enable the participants to test some of the tools and face some of the challenges of process improvement.
