Who should attend?
Any professional who has experience in project management, who is involved in, or affected by, projects or change management within an organization. These could be (but are not limited to): project managers, IT project managers, project coordinators, team leaders, product managers, program managers, project team members, subject matter experts, analysts, stakeholders, and senior managers who want to get more out of their project teams.
Are there any prerequisites for the training?
This is an intensive training program preparing you to pass Prince2 Foundation and Prince2 Practitioner exams. To pass the Prince2 Practitioner exam, you need to have project management experience.
Are there any prerequisites to sit for the exams?
There are no prerequisites to sit for the Prince2 Foundation exam. In order to sit the PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner exam you must provide proof of having passed one of the following:
- PRINCE2® Foundation (this must be a 2009 certificate or later)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)*
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)*
- IPMA Level A® (Certified Projects Director)
- IPMA Level B® (Certified Senior Project Manager)
- IPMA Level C® (Certified Project Manager)
- IPMA Level D® (Certified Project Management Associate)

How should I decide if I should attend a training based on the PMI methodology or PRINCE2?
In most cases, you need to find out which is the predominant methodology in the organization where you work for. If you are self-employed or you need to determine which methodology your organization will follow, call us to discuss the structure of your work to determine which methodology will be most useful for you.
How should I decide if I should attend PRINCE2 Foundation training or PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner training?
It depends on your project management experience. If you are experienced in project management and this is just introduction to a new methodology, the Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner Training will be better suited for you as it will summarize the key concepts and prepare you for the exams. If you are just starting your career in project management, the Prince2 Foundation training will be a better option as it will lay the foundation and leave you enough time to familiarize with it.
