ITCE is again the IT training leader on the Bulgarian market in 2022 according to the annual market report Digitalk Top 101, published by Economedia.
We are delighted to maintain our 1st place in the training market and as always, our core success metric continues to be the value we deliver to companies, teams and individuals.
In 2022, we continued to design and deliver internal academies and training programs for our enterprise customers which aim to offer best-in-class professional development opportunities for their employees. By delivering learning journeys consisting of flexible modalities such as instructor-led training, self-preparation, business simulations and certification preparation, we managed to train hundreds of IT and business professionals.
We had 34% YOY growth of our training business with the product lines of Agile, DevOps, ITIL and Microsoft technologies scoring the highest increase.
The training industry continues to undergo a massive transformation now more than ever with the AI technologies becoming more accessible and we stay committed to transforming our training services accordingly to support professionals with their ever-changing and evolving needs for lifelong learning and development.

In 2022, we also maintained our 5th place in the category of Top IT consultancy providers where with our ServiceNow and Scaled Agile transformation projects, we achieved 25% YOY growth.
