ITCE joins the RiseUp with ServiceNow Global Program

As a ServiceNow consulting partner in Bulgaria, ITCE has joined the RiseUp with ServiceNow global program to skill, train and prepare individuals to start a career in the rapidly growing ServiceNow ecosystem. The partnership will provide organizations with the talent needed to navigate the era of digital business while expanding career opportunities for individuals.

ITCE is now authorised ServiceNow Placement Program partner in the CEE region which comes as an extension of the company’s ATP designation, ServiceNow Accredited Training Partner, whereas ITCE has been delivering accredited training courses since 2019.

How we can help?

ITCE’s membership supports RiseUp with ServiceNow’s ambitions to skill one million people on the company’s platform by the end of 2024. RiseUp with ServiceNow also expands on the traditional definition of tech talent by emphasising “whole‑person” competencies and “power skills” such as critical thinking, interpersonal communication, and creativity.

This partnership aims to provide ServiceNow partners, competence centres and customers with the much-needed talent to enable the further development of the ecosystem in Bulgaria and the region. The shortage of ServiceNow professionals in recent years has been an obstacle for companies to grow as well as rising a fierce talent competition among them which ITCE aims to contribute to solving by training and certifying a pool of qualified candidates in the ServiceNow platform.

What we will do?

ITCE will leverage its expertise in academies and learning programs to create best-in-class learning environment comprising a variety of modalities including instructor-led classes, labs, practical assignments, knowledge checks, and community management. The program will be based on ServiceNow’s official training content, labs and certification exams.

What’s more?

As more organizations look to technology to drive productivity and efficiency, digital talent is essential for success, but increasingly hard to identify,” said Amy Regan Morehouse, senior vice president of global education at ServiceNow. “We are thrilled ITCE chose RiseUp with ServiceNow to help close that opportunity gap. Through the program, individuals will be empowered to build meaningful technology careers with a promising trajectory.”

ServiceNow is the leading digital workflow company and recognised market leader in numerous software platform segments. It has been named the fastest-growing enterprise software company as well as the most innovative company according to Forbes.
