Who is the personal data processor of your personal data?

As an Authorized Testing Center for Exam Partners, ITCE Ltd. is a Personal data processor for personal information that Exam Providers require to be collected, processed, stored, transferred / transmitted in order to complete the exam delivery service. Information about the particular exam provider (Personal Data Administrator in connection with therespectiveexam) will be provided to you at the time of your registration (collection of your data) for this exam.

What personal data do we collect?

In order to provide the services you request, ITCE collect the following personal data:

  • Name (name and surname)
  • E-mail address
  • ITCE Account details: name, e-mail address, Personal Identification Number, postal address

The personal information we collect online through our Website or email provided includes information such as your name, email address, user ID’s and passwords as well as professional information (the company you are working for) necessary to create a profile and  make an exam registration; to subscribe to marketing communications, and / or provide comments, feedback, or inquiries about our services.

Our Website uses cookies to make it easier to view our Website, improve its functionality and optimize it to suit your preferences. By using cookies ITCE can provide  you with user-friendly services  that would not have been possible  without them, not to enter access data each time you access our Website.

ITCE collects and processes your personal information in order to provide the requested services by you, and in particular for the following purposes:

How long are personal data stored?

ITCE keeps your personal data for no longer than is necessary to meet the purposes for which this personal data has been collected. Upon expiration of this period, your personal data will be securely deleted, as long as it is no longer required for the conclusion or performance of a contract, for securing court proceedings or if the applicable law explicitly does not require your personal data to be processed for a longer period of time.

Who do we share your personal information with?

Sometimes we need to share your personal information with our partner organizations. When this is  necessary, ITCE complies with all aspects of applicable European and national data protection legislation.

Whenever necessary or required, we share information with:

• Public authorities of the Republic of Bulgaria, if the applicable legislation explicitly requires this;
• our business partners;
• lecturers and exam providers;
• providers;

Do we transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area?

We do not transfer your personal data to countries or territories outside the European Economic Area unless that country or territory guarantees a sufficiently high level of protection (such as the US where Privacy Shield is in force) or if you explicitly agree to transfer your data in other countries.

Your Rights:

The General Privacy Protеction Regulation guarantees you a certain set of rights that you may exercise in relation to your personal data processed by us. Specifically, you have:

Right to information: At any time to receive information from us whether ITCE process any of your personal data.

The right of access: Get free information about the nature, volume and way ITCE use  your personal data, and get a copy of this information. In addition, you have the right to receive information about whether your personal data is being transferred to a countryor an international organization located outside the European Union. If such a transfer takes place, you have the right to be informed of the appropriate precaution measures taken to protect your personal information.

Right of Correction: You may requestfrom uswithin a reasonable time to supplement and / or correctincomplete,  inaccurate or outdated personal data.

Right of Deletion: You declare the deletion of your personal data without undue delay and the administrator is required to delete the personal data without needless delay when there are legal grounds to the extent that the processing is not necessary or it  is mandatory under the current legislation.

Right to Limitation of Processing: In the event that personal data that we process is inaccurate or  obsolete, you have the right to ask ITCE to limit / suspend the processing of such data for a period that allows us to verify the accuracy of the information and correct it accordingly, or update it. 

Data portability: Get your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Right of objection: To object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation when processing your data on the basis of a legitimate interest of ITCE or a third party.

Right to withdraw consent: When processing  your personal data is based on your explicit consent, you are entitled to withdraw it at any time. This can be done online by contacting us via email: or in our office. Withdrawal of your consent does not affect the legality of the publication of the above information prior to its withdrawal.

Right to Appeal to the Surveillance Authority: If you believe that your privacy and dataprotection rights have been violated, you have the right to contact the Bulgarian Data Protection Commission. CPDP data is contained at the top of this Policy.

Security of processing

As Personal Data Administrator, ITCE maintains and requires from  their  partners and suppliers appropriate technical and organizational  measures to protect and safeguard your personal data processed but we can not guarantee it with absolute certainty.

This Policy was last updated on 23/06/2021. We may change its content by updating this page to reflect changes to the law or privacy practices. However, we will not use your personal data in new ways without your consent.
