As the corona virus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we appreciate your flexibility and understanding whilst we might be required to apply measures to protect ITCE employees and trainees in ITCE training center and maintain business continuity.
As efforts to control the spread of COVID-19 continue, ITCE will continue to monitor the situation worldwide and will take appropriate action as advised by local authorities and government agencies.
Due to ITCE’s and our customers’ measures to protect employees and trainees, all training courses are taking place as online live training (Virtual Instructor-led Classroom) upon mutual agreement.
All exams in our Testing Center are being rescheduled.
Updates on Training Delivery at ITCE
In the last few years, ITCE has delivered more than 50 instructor-led online or instructor-led hybrid training courses. Some parts of our portfolio are entirely online-based by design. To fulfill this demand, ITCE Training Center is equipped with all necessary resources and trainers are fully prepared to deliver a productive online training.
ITCE will put extra effort into monitoring the quality of the training courses and trainees’ satisfaction and is ready to provide the necessary compensation in case trainees’ needs are not met because of the conversion.
