Lyubomir Georgiev is a ServiceNow consultant specializing in administration and development on the platform. He holds the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and the ServiceNow Certified Implementer for IT Service Management (ITSM) certifications. Lyubomir has been part of the consulting team for numerous ServiceNow ITBM (Project and Portfolio Management Suite) and Performance Analytics projects where he has worked on the analysis, design and implementation of the demand, project and resource management processes and roles.
