The Role of Training Providers in the Development of a Growth Mindset
The impact of new skills on the increased performance of IT professionals might seem intuitive but the role of the training provider also turns out to be essential for the achievement of learning and business objectives. To stay relevant with the needs of their customers, training providers are most valued when they offer:

These services allow the training partner to identify any knowledge gaps and provide a customized and simplified training program suitable for the customers’ needs.

Scale, flexibility, and speed appear to be the key attributes, which enable training partners to quickly create learning initiatives, that could also be implemented globally and help customers handle rapid technology changes.

This refers to the extra capabilities that training partners could offer as part of the skill development program. These would include – practical training and assessment, consulting services, customized training content, flexible ways of delivery, etc.

Training providers must monitor their instructors’ quality and performance to make sure they provide relevant and accurate content to the IT professionals. Such quality training should contribute to the successful certification of each customer.

Benefits of the Growth Mindset
Individuals are considered to have a growth mindset when they achieve competence through dedication and hard work and show a willingness to learn and apply the new skills to real problems. Such professionals who embrace the growth mindset are far more likely to:
- have increased efficiency and productivity in their day-to-day tasks than less proficient staff.
- feel comfortable with the execution of challenging tasks especially after being certified in a complex domain.
- have a desire to change and to drive innovation.
- identify with the organization’s values and work in favor of its vision.
