KPMG Cloud Master Program
The aim of the academy is to help cloud roles within the KPMG ITS Sofia in upskilling to new technical trends, Agile and consulting core competencies. The program is based on Microsoft advanced role-based tracks such as Azure for IT Pros, Developers, and Data & AI Pros, Cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 and more.

DSK Next
Digital Academy
DSK Digital Academy was developed as a tool to help DSK Bank achieve its 2022/2023 top priorities related to people, skilling and education as part of its Digital transformation strategy. DSK Digital Academy is a training initiative that is focused on the Microsoft Training portfolio with flexible training modality – including self-paced study on MS Learn, Lab environment, Instructor-led training, Measure UP practice tests and exam preparation sessions.


Large International Financial Institution
Тhe custom Microsoft MD-101 training was designed to be part of a “Cloud only PC” initiative within the financial institution. The end goal was to train hundreds of employees in managing modern desktops. The biggest challenge is delivering engaging and effective training to students from different teams based all around the globe. This was achieved by developing flexible modality that blends instructor-led virtual sessions, self-paced training and practices in lab environment.

Fadata2Agile
We facilitated the Agile transformation within the Fadata organization through the delivery of role-based training courses, coaching sessions, workshops, transformation backlog, value-stream mapping, Agile release train configuration, and the active engagement of their leadership team. We`ve also been indirectly involved in the coaching of 150+ people and 15+ teams. The result is increased focus in the teams on working with a more value-driven and customer-focused approach making Fadata developers and newly introduced SAFe roles more attentive to quickly adapting to necessary changes.

Coca-Cola Hellenic Transformation
We have been working closely with Coca-Cola Hellenic throughout their whole organizational change journey to a Scaled Agile Organization. We developed a targeted training program which included company-wide agile awareness sessions, as well as individual training paths for role-based SAFe trainings. We have been coaching the key roles from nearly 30 Agile Release Trains, over 150 teams and 7 regional ART’s, and facilitated a number of scaled agile events (including 5 PI planning events).
